In our apartments, in the common areas and in all spaces we have taken special and effective precautionary and safety measures to keep the environment clean and disinfected.

THE SAFETY PROCEDURES at YOUR SARDINIA
The procedures for cleaning the lodgings have been improved by using disinfecting detergents based on alcohol or sodium hypochlorite. The apartment will then be locked to be unlocked only right in front of you.
To make the check-in procedure even easier, you will be sent a form to fill in online with the personal information of all guests before your arrival.

When you arrive at the office, you will be required to respect a few simple rules:
- Only one person per group or family will be allowed in, one at a time, in order to comply with the distancing. We therefore recommend that you designate a person to whom you will give your booking documents. Payment, whether in cash or by card, must be made in a single payment, so as to keep contact with the receptionist and the POS to a minimum.
- It is mandatory to wear the mask you already have.
- Disinfect your hands with the alcoholic solution you will find at the entrance in a suitable dispenser. Your body temperature may also be measured using an infrared thermometer; if the temperature exceeds 37.4°C, you will be denied access to the office and the appropriate ATS will be contacted.
- Observe the distance from any other guests, also outside the agency, and from the staff member who will accompany you to the apartment.
- It will not be possible to leave your bags in the office while awaiting check-in or after check-out.
- It will not be possible to use the bathroom in our office for health safety reasons.
- It will not be possible to accompany you in our car or take your luggage from the office to the apartment, as the cars will not be disinfected after each use.
- It will not be possible to provide umbrellas and sun loungers for hire.
- We recommend that you bring your own bed linen and towels, but if this is not possible, the linen we provide as an extra service (to be ordered prior to arrival) will be delivered to you (as always) sealed in nylon packs by an agent.
- Cots and highchairs are provided as an extra service and will (as always) be cleaned and disinfected at each guest change. Also in this case a reservation is required before arrival.
- Check-out time is 10:00 am and check-in time is 4:00 pm. It is not possible to postpone check-out and/or anticipate check-in so as to ensure adequate cleaning of the apartments between stays.
- When you arrive at the apartment, you will find a sealed kit containing dishwashing detergent, sponges of various kinds, a tea towel and a roll of toilet paper for your exclusive use. You will also find disposable covers for mattresses and pillows.
- At check-out, please leave all windows open in order to facilitate air exchange.
- During the stay, the rubbish will be collected daily and door to door as indicated in the calendar in the apartment. Before checking out, guests will have to dispose of any remaining rubbish by taking it to the appropriate collection points located throughout the town.
