The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with sofa, two bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower; outside it has a comfortable covered veranda overlooking the garden.

This three-room apartment has been recently (2021) renovated internally.

The apartment is equipped with a table with bench and wooden chairs; in the kitchenette there is a fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware (NB: there is no oven).

In the living room there is a sofa and a sideboard with TV.

In the rooms you will find mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bathroom, completely renovated in early 2021, consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

Air conditioning is present only in the double bedroom.

Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table and chairs, overlooking the courtyard surrounded by trees and plants.

The brick barbecue is for your exclusive use.

The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.

The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The parking space is inside the courtyard and closed by a gate (without lock).

The closest beach is La Cinta, while the center can be reached with a 10-minute walk.

At 50 meters from the Maestrale apartment you will find the Metropizzeria, while the closest supermarket is 250m away. At 200m from the house you will also find the Olympia fitness center.

The apartment is in a completely residential area, very convenient for reaching the center but still remaining out of the confusion.

Perfect if you have your little dogs with you; the external courtyard is, in fact, completely fenced.
